My DirectBuy experience has been wonderful. I joined at the Phoenix East location recently and have saved thousands already from recent purchases such as home theatre equipment, tile flooring, and new kitchen appliances just to name a few. The staff such as Michelle, Ryan, and Leah are great, as they have been more than helpful and make buying a fun process (and I HATED shopping before I joined DirectBuy). The only regret I have is not joining years ago.

If you're in the market to build, remodel, upgrade or even buy personal items or gifts, you can save hundreds of dollars. I have been a member since 2006 & have purchased furniture, electronics, large and small appliances, lighting fixtures, carpet, tile, bedding and other miscellaneous items. We are currently getting bids on granite and cabinets and have so far estimated our savings on cabinets alone in the neighborhood of over $3,000. Also, all orders placed have arrived ahead of their estimated time of arrival and always arrived in perfect condition. The service in the showroom as well as the warehouse has been very friendly and helpful. In addition to our satisfaction of our products and service online, and with local retailers - we have comparisons of our savings before each and every purchase!

The staff at DirectBuy of Central Connecticut, including the Kitchen Designers, Product Specialists, and Warehouse Receivers are all knowledgeable, professional, courteous, pleasant, and anxious to help. I have also found the local contractors and suppliers to be honest, helpful, and reliable. Everyone is great to work with! The library is easy to use with much to select from and the showroom hours are convenient. They have all of the manufacturers that I sought, and the products had 98% availability. Delivery times were reasonable and accurate with nothing arriving later than scheduled. Some items even arrived earlier! I have saved thousands of $$$ on my kitchen cabinets and appliances alone. The quality went far beyond my expectations and are top of the line items. I really enjoy DirectBuy of Central Connecticut's hands-on approach to satisfying homeowners.

I don't know exactly how much money we have saved by ordering through DirectBuy. I estimate the savings to be around $7,300. The savings would be considerably more if I compared the DirectBuy price to the MSRP, but there are companies on the Internet that offer some very good prices. But I don't know if those internet companies are all trustworthy

The customer service at DirectBuy is fantastic and ensure customer satisfaction. Their responsiveness and follow-up are the best.

My husband and I joined DirectBuy the spring of 2007, prior to the demolition and rebuild of our new home. While it was sad to see the old structure go, the condition of the house was beyond repair. Initially I was reluntant to join DirectBuy due to the membership fees and 'join now' sales pitch, but my husband (usually the conservative one) stated it was a "no brainer," given the task ahead of us.

Basically all of our weekends over the next 10 months or so were spent at the DirectBuy Showroom in Eatontown, NJ, as we ardously poured over catalogues to coordinate the house build (we prefer shop in person rather than log into the members site). The staff gave us impecable service and encouragement along the way. Our kitchen design was a collaborative effort with Arthur and we can only say the end result is a kitchen beyond our wildest dreams! The design fits our life style very well and makes the kitchen a "mecca" for family and friends.

When we look around at our home there are so many items, both large and small, that we purchased through DirectBuy. We know we wouldn't have been able to afford the higher end manufacturers, otherwise. Of course, in our fast paced, complicated world little set-backs are bound to happen. With communication and patience we were able to resolve minor difficulties that arose.

We would not hesitate to recommend DirectBuy to anyone who is undertaking a build or remodeling.
